screening

All women aged 50 up to and including 75 receive an invitation to the breast cancer screening program every 2 years. X-rays of the breasts are made during this examination. This way we can discover earlier whether someone has breast cancer. If breast cancer is detected early, the chances are greater that treatment will be successful.
