We do our best to perform the population screening as well as possible. You can help us improve quality. Let us know how you experienced the population screening. All your experiences, comments, questions or suggestions are welcome. If you are not satisfied with the population screening, we would also like to hear from you.

Complaints procedure

The complaints procedure provides for a low-threshold, solution-oriented approach, in which we prefer to talk to you at an early stage. In the handling of complaints, an important role is reserved for the complaints officer, who has an intermediary and guidance role aimed at resolving your complaint.

Do you find that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved? You can submit your complaint to the Board of Directors of the screening organization. You can then send your complaint to:

If you are not satisfied with the opinion of the Executive Board, you can submit your complaint to the national Healthcare General Disputes Committee. A complaint can be submitted directly to the disputes authority if, in all fairness, you, the client, cannot be expected to submit the complaint to Bevolkingsonderzoek Midden-West under the given circumstances. This is at the discretion of the Healthcare General Disputes Committee.

Certification

Bevolkingsonderzoek Midden-West has the quality certificate ISO 9001: 2015 and the certificate for NEN 7510: 2011, Information security in Healthcare. These certificates apply to the three population surveys conducted by Bevolkingsonderzoek Midden-West: the breast cancer, cervical cancer and colon cancer screening.
